My name is Camila,
When I was a Senior I had a panic attack because I didn't know what I wanted to do with my future. I decided as many young people who find themselves in the same predicament, that I had to take a sabbatical year, which in reality turned out to be just six months of me thinking where my life was headed. At the time, I found out what my true passion was (and still is), cooking. The kitchen is a place were ordinary things can be magically transformed into exquisite food. A place were we can express ourselves freely.
Some people say that cooking is one of the easiest trades, all I can say to those people is that they are wrong. You'll see with time just how wrong the are. Meanwhile, I'll leave you with this thought. As a kid, did you help your mother or grandmother in the kitchen? Then you must know the sacrifice it takes to be stuck in the kitchen for hours just standing up for hours under the highest temperatures.
I don't mean to be an expert on every single toping related to cooking, because I'm still learning just like you. I just want to share with you what I know and what I've learnt. If this things are new to you, then I'm happy you are learning it. Otherwise, if you know more cooking facts, recipes and so forth, please teach me. After all, thats what life is, a constant process of learning.
I wish I can share and spread my love for cooking.
That's all for now,
